Logistics Coordinator - Basic Resources : Job Details

The Logistics Coordinator is accountable for completing systemic transactions to ensure accurate posting of receipts, shipments and inventory transactions. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for follow up with 3PL on any discrepancies or issues and working to resolve any challenges.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound activity systemically.
• Complete data processing and reporting tasks, maintain accurate records of incoming containers and outgoing shipments.
• Track containers and shipments.
• Post receipts and track any discrepancies.
• Follow up with 3PL on any issues or short shipments with outbound orders.
• Review pick and pack status.
• Experience with routing guides for outbound shipments with large retailers.
• Assist with compliance for each customer's requirements.
• Liaison between 3PL and internal Basic Resource Intimate teams.
• Responsible for inventory transactions and adjustments.
• Track and control special projects completed by 3PL.
• Review and audit invoices for accuracy.
• Support various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, preferred
• Three to five years of relevant experience
• SAP experience preferred but willingness to learn SAP if no prior experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Microsoft/Office/Suite proficiency.
