Logistics Coordinator - LaSalle Network : Job Details

LaSalle Network is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator one of their largest manufacturing & distribution clients in Oak Brook, IL. Our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and ERP/CPQ projects. In this role, you will handle log tracking, metrics reporting, assist with date and item changes, and support document management, duty drawback, quoting, and special projects. This is a contract opportunity for 6 months with the potential to extend or even convert for the right candidate. Onsite three days a week in Oak Brook, M-F, 9-5. Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Track transportation logs and generate metrics reports
• Working with the larger team to help plan export loads, working with oversees offices and distributors
• Assist with date/item changes and document handling
• Provide support for duty drawback and quoting processes
• Contribute to special projects as needed
• Utilize Excel for data entry and management, export documentation, entering in orders, etc. etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Logistics Coordinator Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUPs)
• Strong attention to detail
• Prior transportation experience (preferred)
