We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team and help execute on freight operations while supporting Wilson's ongoing development as a smarter, more autonomous logistics solution.

The Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll work on behalf of shippers and alongside Wilson to manage freight operations and maintain carrier relationships. You'll ensure shipments move efficiently and contribute to refining Wilson's capabilities to handle freight autonomously.

Key Responsibilities

• Freight Coordination: Oversee day-to-day logistics, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
• Carrier Communication: Communicate directly with carriers to confirm shipments, resolve issues, and secure updates.
• AI Feedback & Training: Provide feedback to train Wilson on freight coordination processes, helping it improve over time.
• Customer Success: Act as a liaison between shippers and carriers to ensure expectations are met.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience: 1-3 years in freight or logistics operations. Brokerage or trucking experience is a plus
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with carriers and shippers.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using logistics tools and eager to learn and work with AI systems.
• Problem-Solver: Quick thinker who can resolve issues and keep shipments on track.
• Flexible: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to evolving processes.
• Location: Open to remote, preference is for in-person in San Francisco. We would cover moving costs.
