Job Title: Logistics Load PlannerLocation: Fullerton , CA (Onsite)Duration: Long TermKey Responsibilities:Serve as the main contact for customer relationsSupport SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensure operational best practices in line with customer requirements as well as ensure operational SOP complianceManage daily operations including booking, tracking, and tracing of cargo (FTL/LTL/AIR)Excellent customer service in all aspects from booking to cargo delivery on timeRequest for quotation with carriers and negotiate the spot ratesManage, coordinate, and implement cost-effective operational solutions to continuously improve efficiency and enhance service levels and qualityCommunicate daily with customers, carriers, and internal staffMaintain essential account documentation with up to date information and ensure that it is filled and stored to be readily accessible to the team when/if needed Increase customer satisfaction and business share through regular contactFollow up any account issues and communicate/liaison with management to implement/drive solutionsAnalyze service and cost data for actions or recommendations for business improvementReport required for service failure, claim, damage, and any other irregularitiesAccuracy of data entry into systemsMonitor trends and report changes to managementRequirements/Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED Required; Bachelor Degree PreferredYears of experience in FTL/LTL Transportation dispatching or operations in logistics industry requiredKorean billing preferredProficient in MS Office applications such as Excel/PowerPoint/Word/OutlookSelf-motivated and works well under pressure with minimal supervisionHighly organized with ability to manage multiple shipments, while paying close attention to detailExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong customer service and negotiating skillsAppropriate phone and email manner with internal and external customers
