Logistics Fleet Planner - Ecolab : Job Details

Reports to the Logistics Manager. This position manages the coordination of shipping supplies and goods for the site; determines the labor needs to ensure the goods are delivered at the timeframe specified by the customer; utilizes project management skills to determine the size and scope of the work; and uses data to make recommendations for process improvements and cost savings. Key Responsibilities:Schedules load dates with Bulk carriers for Fresno Plant by communicating daily with Bulk carriers, Plant Production, and Naperville Bulk Planning. Responsible for Dispatching Sugar Land Nalco Fleet Bulk and Package Transfer shipments along with planning Fresno Fleet Package transfer routes, backhauls, truck washes and equipment maintenance records. Utilize Ortec to create shipments for nalco package fleet. Also to assign drivers and trailers for both nalco fleet bulk and package.
