Duties Required of the Position
* Lead and manage a team of professionals up to the GS-14 level, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with NSD's mission.
* Establish performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide regular feedback to employees through formal reviews and informal discussions.

* Lead the development of Statements of Work (SOW), acquisition strategies, and solicitation packages for complex procurements.
* Negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and execute modifications to support NSD's evolving operational needs.
* Provide expert guidance on procurement matters to NSD leadership and staff, serving as the subject matter expert on acquisition processes.

Qualifications
To qualify for the position of Logistics Management Officer at (GS-0346-15), you must meet the basic qualification requirements listed below AND possess the required specialized experience specific to this series and grade you're applying to.
If you are a current or former government employee on a permanent appointment in the competitive service, you will need to demonstrate 1-year (52-weeks) at the next lower grade level, to meet the time-in-grade requirements for this occupational series and grade. Additionally, please ensure to submit an applicable SF50 (please refer to the required documents section for additional information).
To Qualify for the Management and Program Analyst GS-0346-15, your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
* Independently performing facilities manager duties (such as but not limited to: Real estate leasing, floor planning, office design, workspace layout planning, etc);
