**Logistics Management Support and Warehouse Support**

Riverside Research is looking for a someone to provide logistic management oversight support relative to repair, maintenance, and supply functions for off-site locations, on a worldwide basis, of special mission aircraft systems. This person should have expert knowledge of the automated inventory control system for special mission aircraft and advise contractor and operational units personnel in the use of the system. They will also prepare reports, correspondence, review and prepare changes to tech order manuals, produce and monitor Urgent Services Task Orders and prepare MB/Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO) documents, provide Configuration Control Board (CCB) change management.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Provide logistic management oversight support relative to repair, maintenance and supply functions for off-site locations, on a worldwide basis, of special mission aircraft systems.

* Ensure Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP) reflect the logistics needs for FX2370 Depot

* Develop the requirements definition and provide support as the 645 AESG logistics liaison for the allocation of maintenance resources for the worldwide support of special mission systems.

* Provide daily on-site logistics interface to unit commander for status and solutions to systems issues as they arise.

* Have expert knowledge of the automated inventory control system for special mission aircraft and advise contractor and operational units personnel in the use of the system.

* Continuously improve internal logistics management processes by recommending improvements in inventory control software.

* Prepare reports, correspondence, review and prepare changes to tech order manuals, produce and monitor Urgent Services Task Orders and prepare MB/Time Compliant Technical Order (TCTO) documents, provide Configuration Control Board (CCB) change management.

* Support the planning, formulation, editing, development and publication of finished products including program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, and financial reports.

* Provide assistance during Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) property audits for equipment dispositions activities. Responsible for processing, costing, budgeting, and resolving Government Furnished Property (GFP) issues to ensure adequate asset availability.

* Provide CLS support during TE of other contractor work proposals to both USAF PMs and Government COs.

* Provide a logistics review of SOWs, acquisition plans, production schedules, studies, and logistics support plans to insure logistics requirements are adequately addressed.

* Identify problems and recommend solutions for all aspects of the logistics and sustainment function. Develop spreadsheets, databases, and other products as required to organize, store and analyze program data to prevent mission degradation.

* Assist as required with processing classified information/hardware to include Top Secret (TS) and Special Access Required (SAR) programs.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Secret security clearance, with ability to attain Top Secret Clearance/SCI Security Clearance

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Mathematics/Science or 15 years equivalent operational experience

* Knowledge/Understanding of DoD acquisition and/or logistics processes

* Familiar with FAA/MIL standards, as appropriate

* Working knowledge of U.S. Air Force regulations governing aircraft logistics/modifications

* Extensive experience in Aviation to included operations, management and logistics programs

* Working knowledge of Project/Program Management
