Manage and evaluate 3rd party warehouse company as well as freight forwarderDevelop budget parameters for 3rd party warehouse and inbound transactionsAnalyze data and generate monthly reports, comparing forecasts to actualCommunicate with ISR to find best solution for outbound shipment from warehouse to customersMonitor in-bound materials from Asia affiliates and coordinate with third party custom clearanceManage 3PM companies for in-bound and out-boundMaintain POD (proof of delivery) from warehouse, coordinating with warehouseDevelop and maintain new route from warehouse to customersDevelop and improve logistics with sales teamShare trends of logistics with sales teamSupport contingency related with logisticsSupport HQ's request related with logisticsManage ERP system as well as warehouse (WMS) systemVerify logistics charges with accounting team to ensure invoices match paymentsQualifications:
Strong knowledge of business processes, data analysis, quality control in logisticsAt least five years of experience in customer service, managing customer's broker and third-party logistics, and logistics specialistExperience utilizing inventory management software and order fulfillment softwareHighly efficient in working through tasks, including ability to manage short- and long-term projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholdersHighly functional in Microsoft Excel, functional in PowerPoint and WordExperience working for an international organization is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
