Job Overview:
To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manufacturing Manager to join our team. As the Manufacturing Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's production planning, materials management, logistics operations, and personnel management. This role demands a high level of strategic planning and excellent execution skills to ensure optimization of production efficiency, cost control, and quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
● Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing management role, with a proven track record in a related industry.
● Extensive knowledge of end-to-end production planning processes. Capable of managing all stages of production planning, from initial scheduling through to final product delivery.
● Skilled in managing material control systems and overseeing comprehensive logistics operations, ensuring efficient material flow and cost-effective distribution.
● Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion. This includes excellent organizational, time management, and leadership abilities.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams and working with stakeholders at all levels.
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance is required for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt).
● Experience in the new energy or automotive battery sectors.
Physical Requirements:
● Ability to move around work sites, which may include walking, standing, and climbing ladders or stairs.
● Flexibility to bend, kneel, or crouch, particularly when inspecting installations or troubleshooting
● Capability to lift and carry moderate weights, typically up to 25-50 pounds, as some equipment and materials might be heavy.
● Occasional lifting of heavier items may be required, depending on the project.
● Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction sites, and manufacturing facilities.
● Willingness and ability to travel to various job sites, which may require driving or other forms of transportation.
