The organization is accelerating the future-proofing and growth of retail frozen food, globally.They are looking for a proactive professional who will perform a range of duties including monitoring the status of orders and following established policies and procedures to obtain up to date information for operations. These duties include but are not limited to responding to email inquiries and phone communication, both inbound and outbound. As order administrator you will also communicate with external vendors via inquiries and thus requires professional written and verbal communication skills. Duties include:- Organize the arrival and dispatch of goods- Point of contact for service calls- Liaising with existing customer network to enhance sales- Preparing market intelligence reports- Partnering with sales executives to drive success in the market- Performance reporting - Generating sales quotes and invoices- Inputting data onto accounts/stock system- Strong working knowledge of PC based internet and software applications- Proficiency in external systems and software (The Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel & QuickBooks)- Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through- Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment which requires flexibility, especially around processes - The key function of the role is to be a direct link between the Sales and Operations (USA and Ireland). - This role is set to deliver a new project of establishing key methods of communications between sales and operations in Ireland and the USA.- Weekly reporting, updating the sales team and ops team on a weekly basis regarding the weekly sales performance per region, along with new orders received, delivery performance of previous week, scheduled shipments in the coming week, new customers, action points on each region, and so onBase salary, a bonus, a 401k, PTO, medical, dental, life, vision.
