Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for transportation, warehouse receiving and storage, and last-mile delivery operations in North America.
2. Handle fulfillment for direct-to-consumer (DTC) orders on independent sites/TEMU/TikTok and business-to-business (B2B) orders from supermarkets.
3. Manage the cost settlement with logistics service providers and oversee warehouse management, being accountable for logistics costs and inventory accuracy.
4. Maintain daily communication and regular evaluations with existing service providers; identify potential warehouses and transportation service providers, establishing and maintaining supplier relationships to secure competitive warehouse rents and service quotes.
5. Own all aspects of partner management, including working with Americas 3PLs, customs brokers, and other logistics partners. Ensure performance meets service level expectations and contractual obligations.
6. Conduct regular monthly research and data collection on local warehouse rental prices and service market trends in the US, and prepare corresponding reports.
7. Compile and summarize operational data, delivery timeframes, and cargo volumes, and optimize logistics services based on the data collected.
8. Continuously optimize and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
9.Proactively identify and resolve issues to streamline end-to-end logistics workflows across functions and business partners. Provide data, insights, and recommendations to support key decision-making related to operational capability and efficiency, including partner selection, automation evaluation, quality control, and cost management.
10. Perform other related duties as required to support overall logistics and operations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, including experience in multinational companies or international logistics firms.
3. Familiar with leading logistics suppliers in North America and knowledgeable about warehouse rental price trends and in-warehouse service pricing; capable of conducting market analysis.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills, with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
5. Proficient in using logistics management systems and office software, such as ERP, WMS, OMS, etc.
