Valiant Integrated Services has an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Planner. The logistics planner place of duty will be Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps Forces – Europe and Africa (MARFOREUR/AF). The position supports the AC/S for Logistics (G4) and provides logistics functional expertise to the MARFOREUR/AF exercise program including logistics organization and manning; deployment, support, sustainment, and redeployment of Marine forces; and scenario and master scenario events list (MSEL) development. As required, assists in the review, refinement, coordination, development, and publication of operations orders in support of crisis response and contingency operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists lead exercise planners (G-35) with logistics design, planning, coordinating, executing, and assessing USMC participation in assigned joint and service (Title 10) exercises.
- Conducts planning and coordinates training for MARFOREUR/AF logistics integration into the U.S. Naval Forces - Europe and Africa-led Joint Force Maritime Component Command (JFMCC).
- Reviews and analyzes contingency plans to assist exercise design, exercise scenario and MSEL development, and execution.
- Assists management of MARFOREUR/AF G4 Training, Exercises, and Employment Plan (TEEP).
- Assists development of G4 training objectives.
- Assists G4 readiness reporting.
- Satisfies company- and contract-related training and reporting requirements.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related military experience; OR 15 years of directly related military experience.
CLEARANCE: U.S. Secret clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Expertise in theater-level logistics and the joint logistics enterprise.
- U.S. Citizenship, a valid U.S. Driver's License, and a valid U.S. tourist passport.
- Must be able and willing to travel anywhere in the USEUCOM and USAFRICOM Areas of Responsibility.
- Must be able and willing to travel frequently (a home to away ratio of 3:1 is typical for our organization, but not guaranteed as either a minimum or maximum).
- Must be able to work extended hours in support of exercise requirements.
- Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing, and able to brief senior military leaders.
- Must be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATONS:
- U.S. TS/SCI clearance
- Has completed Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I or higher.
- Fluency with Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) concepts and employment.
- Fluency with JFMCC concepts and employment.
- Experience with Command and Control in the Information Environment (C2IE) application.
- Experience with the Joint Training Tool (JTT) or the legacy Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS).
