LOGISTICS PLANNING ASSISTANT MANAGER - LX Pantos America : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Logistics planning assistant manager to manage our logistics performance and profit and loss. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in logistics planning, and fluency in both Korean and English. This role requires a strong data analytic skills and ability to use MS office. (Excel, PowerPoint and so on)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Monthly performance data and profit and loss.
• Prepare and present Performance reports to regional HQ and Korea HQ.
• Establish Yearly business plan and Progress management.
• Budget establishment and management.
• Deriving business issues and prepare report.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics planning.
• Minimum of 4 years in logistics or supply chain management.
• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
