As a Logistics Specialist II, you prepare our logistics documentation for spares, tools, test equipment, materials, and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. You'll be responsible for routing, documenting, and coordinating shipping logistics, maintaining our records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals, and tracking logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of our storage facilities. You'll coordinate shipping activities which adhere to state, federal, and global regulations and import/export requirements.

Qualifications You Must Have:
* High school diploma or GED equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience
* A higher level degree may substitute for experience
* Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
* 2 or more years of relevant experience
* Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
* Basic understanding of Inventory and Supply Chain/Logistics principles and techniques
* Experience with inventory databases
* Current/ valid passport and be able to obtain a visa to travel internationally
* Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment
* Ability to deploy for up to a minimum of 90/120 days to various OCONUS operating locations
* An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
* Familiarity with AvPro or similar aviation maintenance tracking systems
* HazMat Training/Certification
* Ability to operate a Forklift
* Experience with shipping databases, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS
* Current Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record
* Understanding of Shelf Life
* Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
