**Logistics Specialist**

Our client sells high-quality microbial enzymes to different industries in the Americas, like food, dietary supplements, industrial, diagnostics, and regenerative medicine and they are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join their growing team!

**Pay:** $20 - $23.08

**Location:** Elgin, IL

**Type:** Contract to hire

**Responsibilities:**

+ Receiving folder preparation (including CoAS).

+ Systematic NAV data entry.

+ Unloading/Loading and inspection of inbound and outbound shipments.

+ Product identification, labeling, and organizing and storage.

+ Document and file distribution among internal departments and staff.

+ Written, verbal, and electronic communication with other departments.

+ Preparing FTL/LTL and small package shipments.

+ Maintain all Transportation Logs for all inbound/outbound shipments.

+ Filing and organization of all shipping related documents.

+ Identify and process all non-conforming material.

+ Damage and spillage reports, along with potential discarding of product.

+ Cooperate with and support department and company staff.

+ Maintain a professional and mature demeanor.

+ Other miscellaneous departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

**Requirements**

High School diploma or equivalent
