Position Overview:

We are seeking a Purpose driven, highly motivated and experienced Logistics/Transportation Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the logistics or transportation industry, with a proven track record of INTEGRITY, RELATIONSHIPS and driving customized logistical and business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development
    • Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics/transportation market.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    • Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their logistics and transportation needs.
    • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
    • Address client concerns promptly and collaboratively.
  • Market Analysis
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
    • Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to improve service offerings.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management
    • Negotiate rates, terms, and service agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
    • Prepare and manage contracts and proposals with attention to detail and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Reporting
    • Work closely with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and key performance metrics.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • 5+ years of sales experience in the logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • A bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
