Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to oversee and optimize the transportation, storage, and distribution of our cutting-edge laser machines for skin treatments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery to clients and maintain high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Job Duties

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of laser machines and spare parts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and track shipments to maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
  • Manage relationships with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to optimize logistics performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations, including handling of sensitive medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and service teams to forecast demand and allocate inventory accordingly.
  • Handle customs documentation and import/export processes, ensuring adherence to medical device standards.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of logistics process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, related field or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and FDA compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
