Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in West Palm Beach, Florida. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing logistics operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Fluency in English & Spanish (read/write/speak) required for this role as it supports the LATAM market.

• Accurately process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Responsible for proper documentation of export orders.
• Stay up to date on export regulations.
• Submit timely documentation as required.
• Manage all aspects of ocean freight, including booking, documentation, and execution, ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and safety standards for hazardous materials.
• Work closely with internal teams, including supply chain, sales, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the shipping process.
• Work with confidential customer information.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.

This is 100% on-site role and Monday - Friday.
