Are you detail-oriented and experienced in logistics coordination? We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to help ensure smooth, efficient, and timely equipment deliveries. This role involves managing shipments, monitoring transportation progress, and collaborating with internal teams to provide top-tier service to our customers.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate records of machine sales orders.
- Oversee last-mile logistics, ensuring on-time, complete deliveries.
- Uphold high safety standards in all logistics operations.
- Coordinate shipping plans based on order management inputs.
- Monitor shipments, address delays or damages, and manage replacement needs.
- Handle returns for technical or commercial reasons, including showroom rotations.
- Align machine arrival dates with shipping schedules and provide necessary documentation.
- Communicate with customers, sales, and service teams to provide delivery updates.
- Assist with freight damage claims as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including attending weekly meetings with Sales Admin and Service, to ensure smooth delivery and installation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics; In lieu of degree, must have 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
