Your Job Guardian Glass is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Geneva, NY! In this role, you will safely lead in an ever-changing customer needs driven environment while proactively overseeing a team operating overhead cranes, forklifts, and specialty equipment. - Coordinate shipping operations of 8-10 employees
- Effectively manage labor, prioritize projects and daily operations, while ensuring a safety-driven culture
- Exhibit concise and assertive communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines, ensure follow up, and manage goals
- Take on challenges and learn new processes with a positive attitude
- Work hands-on with production and planning teams as needed to fulfill orders in a timely manner, escalate issues, and make decisions
- Ensure quality product, out-bound and in-bound
- Work with other contractors and cross-functional teams
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing industry
- Ability to work 2pm-10pm

- Shipping or Warehouse Supervisory experience
