LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR - CORE Natural Gas | CNG : Job Details

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our dynamic dispatch team in Midland, TX. This role involves managing 24/7 dispatch operations across Texas. You'll be essential in planning and coordinating gas deliveries and support equipment, contributing to the growth of our CNG solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the logistics team to manage dispatch operations.
• Monitor gas consumption using SCADA and dispatch loads as needed.
• Efficiently plan and dispatch gas deliveries, optimizing resources.
• Approve trucking tickets and maintain communication with drivers.
• Build strong relationships with drivers and field teams.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts on a rotating 5/4 schedule:
• 5 days on, 4 days off, 5 nights on, 5 days off, etc.
• Midland office

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in logistics, dispatch, or transportation, or relevant skills.
• Experience in oilfield or transportation dispatch preferred.
• Strong computer skills, especially with SCADA and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and make decisions under pressure.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
