Logistics Support Coordinator - Wieland Rolled Products North America : Job Details

Logistics Support Coordinator Responsibilities:Schedule trucks shipments both domestic and international. Schedule parts and service orders. Ensure timely schedules for client orders. Review customer purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Track and fix shipping errors. Prepare bills and invoices. Back-up our Scheduling/ Planning department as needed with work orders. Meet and greet customers and visitors. All other duties assigned Logistics Support Coordinator Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent. Computer and keyboard knowledge ability to use database and email. Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions. Ability to follow and communicate with excellent verbal & written instructions. Ability to make decisions based on deadlines and customer requirements. Ability to work as a team to meet customer demands based on inventory controls. Able to work with minimum supervision.
