Logistics Technician - Houston

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA

DEPARTMENT: SUPPLY CHAIN

Performs the operation of integrated pipe yard control and pipe dispatch in complex facilities, in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures, complying with defined quality standards.

* Controls pipe in yard.

* Issues the packing list.

* Controls and issues certificates of pipe dispatches.

* Performs visual inspection on pipe body, thread and bevel.

* Carries out the distribution of loads in wagons, ships or trucks.

* Programs pipe dispatches.

* Coordinates activities with other areas such as Production or Supply Chain.

* Performs data entry and modification, updating information in the tracking systems.
