Apply today for this position at our Lindsay, NE facility.Position Summary:The Shipper position is a very important component to the production of both our infrastructure and agricultural products. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Essential functions:Responsibilities include, but not limited to, storing materials, picking, packing and scanning orders. Must be able to adhere to Lindsay Corporation Safety Policies and Procedures while maintaining a safe working environment.Qualifications:* High School Diploma or GED, preferred.* Must be at least 18 years of age.* Forklift and/or crane operators preferred, Certification with obtained through employment.* CDL a plus* 1 year of warehouse experience preferred* Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral or diagram form.* Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (metguard boots, protective eyewear, hard hats, gloves, ear plugs, etc)* Must be able to communicate in EnglishBenefits of working at Lindsay Corporation:* Health, Dental, Vision Insurance beginning the first of the month following your start date.* Company paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability effective first of the month following start date.* Voluntary Life, Accident, Long Term Disability, and Critical Illness plans available.* 401(k) retirement plan - company match $0.50 on the dollar up to 6%, five-year vesting.* Accrued PTO up to 15 days per year.
