REGULAR RATE: $40/hr>>> CONTRACT DETAILS:

• Shift open: 3pm-11:30pm
• Mon-Fri only
• Guaranteed 40 hrs a week
• Contract is for 9 weeks

*** REFERRAL INCENTIVE: Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS !Job SummaryWe want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License
• CPR/BLS Certificate
• Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination
• 2 Professional References
• Physical and TB screening
• Valid Drivers License, State ID and SSN Card
• EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
