Residential Property Management Company located in Troy, MI is looking to hire and experience Plumber to join our team. REQUIREMENTS:
- We require 3+ years working on residential homes
- Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate action/repair
- Remove and replace damaged, defective or obsolete piping and plumbing fixtures
- Understand local and national building codes
- Install various types of services pipes and pipe fittings
- Must be able to work independently in the tri-county area, possess a valid driver's license and have own tools and transportation
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
Electrical, HVAC or carpentry experience a plus WHAT WE OFFER:
