Job Description :
Responsible for the administration and coordination of loss control services.
  • Zywave training with Sales Executives and CSRs.
  • Editing and customization of risk management documents through Zywave and internet research
  • Work with Sales Executives and clients on specific RM information requests.
  • Marshall+Sterling Online enrollment and training with clients/prospects.
  • Complete Mod Master Reports
  • Marketing and education through Zywave to clients.
  • Maintain a monthly loss control blog.
  • Pictometry- real property valuation program.
  • Marshall & Swift - Property Valuations.
  • ISO Reports (Building Surveys).
  • Forklift cards.
  • Tracking of new referrals to loss control program.
  • Tracking and reporting on provided loss control services.
  • Assist in meeting carrier loss control recommendations.
  • Communicate with Supervisor/Manager any issues to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Maintain professional accreditation necessary to meet agency standards.
  • Participate in continuing education programs when available.
  • Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
  • Adhere to established employee manual policies and guidelines.
  • Adhere to workflow procedures and follow guidelines to reduce the risk of E&O claims.
  • Promptly report all E&O claims and potential E&O claims.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Proven ability to multi-task with varied projects, locations, and personnel.
  • Proficiency with internet and email applications.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new programs and procedures.
  • Experience with Vertafore a plus.
  • Works effectively and relates well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
  • High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record and willingness to travel
