Loss Control Specialist - JCW : Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed reviews of account information, including loss drivers and underwriting files.
• Perform on-site or virtual loss control surveys for current and prospective policyholders across various industries.
• Deliver training and conduct on-site surveys for current and prospective accounts.
• Consult with policyholders on operations, claims trends, and improvements related to insured coverages.
• Prepare risk improvement reports for underwriting, identifying exposures in property, commercial auto, liability, and workers compensation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with 2-5 years of relevant loss control or safety experience.
• Advanced degree or designations (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, CPCU) preferred.
• Travel required; must have a valid driver s license and an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards.
