Job Summary: Courtesy Kia is seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, moving vehicles as necessary, and supporting the sales and service departments. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be able to work nights and weekends. Experience in vehicle detailing is a plus.Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Management: Move and park vehicles in designated areas to ensure the lot is organized and efficient.
- Vehicle Preparation: Clean and detail vehicles as needed, ensuring they are presentable for customers and ready for test drives.
- Customer Service: Assist customers in locating their vehicles and provide general support and information as needed.
- Lot Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including trash removal, sweeping, and general upkeep.
- Inventory Support: Assist with vehicle inventory management, including checking in new arrivals and ensuring all vehicles have proper documentation and keys.
- Support Sales and Service: Provide support to the sales and service departments by moving vehicles to and from the service area, delivering vehicles to customers, and other tasks as assigned.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all safety protocols and ensure the safe movement of vehicles on the lot.
Qualifications:
- Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Experience: Previous experience in vehicle detailing is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from multiple sources.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
