Job Description :
Hennessy Porsche Northwest is seeking a Lot Attendant who will play a crucial role in the customer sales experience by maintaining and organizing the inventory on the lot. This is a fast-paced role that requires a strong multi-tasker and provides tremendous growth opportunities based on your goals. What you'll do:
  • Verify receipt of vehicles delivered to the dealership and parks them on the lot in an orderly manner; Compares VINs of incoming vehicles to the matching invoice.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verifies presence of accessories listed on the invoices.
  • Record a description of any damages and lists any missing items on the delivery receipt.
  • Park vehicles in the assigned area based on the model.
  • Re-park vehicles following a sale to maximize use of space and maintain order.
  • Deliver sold vehicles to the detail department prior to customer delivery.
  • Determine if vehicles in storage need service in order to protect tires, batteries, and finish from deterioration.
  • Ensure that all new vehicles have factory stickers displayed and addendum stickers if applicable.
  • Monitor and maintain all keys, both new and used.
  • May stock in vehicles.
  • Take photographs of cars to be posted on the dealership website as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.

RequirementsWhat we expect:
  • Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Submit to a background and drug screen.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep track of various moving pieces.
Working Environment & Physical DemandsDuties are performed throughout the dealer premises, both indoors and outdoors. Work includes frequent movement around the company facilities and the outdoor car lot to move vehicles. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts will include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. We are an equal opportunity employer & drug-free workplace.
