Job Description :
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Schedules equipment deliveries and pickups
  • Supervises lowboy truck drivers
  • Orders Oversize/Overweight Permits
  • Ensures all equipment, loads and drivers are DOT compliant
  • Coordinates with other dispatchers to ensure efficient use of trucking resources
  • Prioritize and schedule moves based on efficiency and crew priority
  • Determines the need to utilize outside contractors to move equipment
  • Finds loads outside ESS to keep trucks busy as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years Heavy Equipment Management experience and/or training, including 2 years of construction experience
  • Heavy Equipment mechanical maintenance & repairs experience.
  • Ability to function well in a fast paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Google Suite or related software
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation with the ability to travel
  • Must have the ability to work extended hours as required by the workload
  • Must have a valid Class E driver's license with a clean driving record, Class A CDL preferred
