As an LPN in long-term care, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest standards of care.Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Provide basic patient care, including assisting with personal hygiene and daily living activities
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred
