*About us:*We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team and provide quality care to our patients in a long-term care, nursing home, or rehabilitation center setting. The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and families.
