LPN - Cedar Valley Medical Specialists PC : Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled LPN to join our team at Cedar Valley Family Medicine on a PRN basis. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and assisting physicians in the clinic. Responsibilities:- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures- Obtain and record patient vital signs and medical history- Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention- Maintain accurate and complete patient records- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and proceduresCedar Valley Medical Specialists is 100 percent independent and 100 percent locally owned. Our staff of more than 400 includes specialized physicians as well as advanced practice and mid-level providers and support staff across dozens of healthcare specialties. Requirements- Active LPN license in the state of Iowa in good standing- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic patient care procedures- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
