Jordan Health is now seeking aLPN Leadwho, under the guidance of the Practice Manager, is primarily responsible for providing high quality patient care and oversees both the clinical operations and administrative coordination in order to ensure a steady workflow, uninterrupted service and maximization of patient satisfaction in a family medicine setting. Education And Experience Required:· Accredited LPN Program. · 2+ years of healthcare experience in an ambulatory setting. · Previous supervisory experience or team leadership preferred. · Strong interpersonal, and collaborative skills; ability to foster and maintain sound relationships with key stakeholders influencing without authority. Licenses And Certifications Required:· Current NYS LPN License without any negative actions. · Certification to administer medications. · Current provider BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association.· Infection Control Certificate. · Valid NYS Driving License and reliable transportation.
