Job Summary and Qualifications

L.P.N.is responsible forproviding and documenting quality nursing care under the direction of the R.N. Underthe supervision of the R.N.,providesnursing care, which promotes theoptimalpotential of the patient.This includesutilizingthe nursing process according to the patient's age appropriations,participatesin COI,pursuesprofessional growth, andassistswith student and new employee education.

Position Requirements:

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Current licensure in the State of Colorado asan LPN, orcurrent activemultistate LPN licensure.

Current BLS Certificationthroughthe American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Graduate ofanLPN program.

Able to articulate anddemonstrateappropriate nursingtheory and practice.
