LPN - Visits / Private Duty - Maxim Healthcare Services : Job Details

Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in the Mobile and Bay Minette, AL area.

Case Needs:

Location: Mobile, AL

Skills required: Peds, G-Tube, Trach Management.

Shifts: Mon-Fri Evenings & 3-4 nights/wk available

Shift time: 3:00pm-9:00pm / 9p-7a

Pay: $25/hr

Location: Mobile, AL

Skills required: Bowel & Bladder routine, catheterization.

Shifts: PRN -1-3 shifts/wk. M/W/F

Shift time: 5:00am-6:00am

Pay: $50/hr

Location: Mobile, AL

Skills required: Adult, G-Tube, Tracheostomy, Ventilator, Wound Care.

Shifts: Saturday & Sunday

Shift time: 8:00am-8:00pm

Pay: $40-45/hr

Location: Bay Minette, AL

Skills required: Peds, G-Tube, Nebulizer, PAP Device.

Shifts: Monday & Friday

Shift time: 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $25/hr

Location: Daphne, AL

Skills required: Adult, G-Tube, Trach, Vent.

Shifts: PRN Nights Thurs-Sun

Shift time: 7:30pm-7:30am

Pay: $40/hr-$45/hr

Responsibilities:

+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

+ On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders

+ Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.

+ Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

+ Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.

+ Current TB or Chest X-Ray.

+ Current BLS card.

+ One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
