The Superintendent will be responsible for successful delivery of project including tracking and managing materials, sub-contractors, milestones, etc. for ultra luxury homes in Miami. $30M - $60M in Construction Cost

Our Client is a General Contractor that focuses on Luxury Single Family Home Construction in NY and Miami Florida.

Description

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Manage project milestone's
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan
• Conduct quality inspections
• Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Superintendent's Daily Reports
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

Profile

• 10 + years Managing High-End Single Family Home construction
• Project Range $30M to $60M + Construction Cost (REQUIRED)
• Project experience in Miami Dade County
• Expertise with the highest level finishes
• Strong experience with ProCore or similar software
• OSHA 30
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Experience with site work through CO and Renovation Projects
