Jen Terra Travels designs and executes innovative, fun and deliberately luxurious itineraries. We do this by leveraging our robust list of partnerships with hoteliers and suppliers across the globe to provide seamlessly spectacular trips that are customized for our clients.

We are looking for an essential member of our team: a part or full-time travel coordinator. This role is for a hyper organized, unflappable, lover of organization who is upbeat and customer service oriented. At minimum, our ideal candidate will possess an administrative or executive assistant background and ideally, they will have background in travel. As our travel coordinator, your responsibilities will include sending booking confirmations and final trip documents, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers and building relationships with our trusted supplier network and clientele. It is crucial for the candidate to be a team player and willing to provide support in all areas of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow JTT process' and procedures to ensure an elevated client experience
  • Correspond with partners and suppliers (hotels, operators & independent guides) to coordinate luxury travel arrangements
  • With the guidance of the lead travel advisor, execute and arrange concierge services including but not limited to dining, entertainment & ground transportation reservations
  • Create and keep client travel documents such as itineraries and invoices updated in our CRM system
  • Reconfirm client itineraries before client departure

REQUIREMENTS

  • Detail-oriented and excellent time-management and organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Positive attitude with proven experience in customer service or hospitality background
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic; someone who identifies opportunities to take on more
  • Able to handle high-stress situations and remain calm
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively and within groups
  • Proactive and resourceful; an intuitive communicator and problem-solver
  • Quick-learning, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's or Associates Degree

LOCATION

This position will begin with a weeklong in-person training in Fairfield County, CT. Once training is complete, this will be a remote position.
