Job Description :

The M&A and Business Development Director will be responsible for:

  • Deal Execution: Overseeing the entire M&A deal process from identification to negotiation and closing, ensuring timely and successful deal completion.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as one of primary liaisons between senior leadership, key stakeholders, and sellers, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the transaction process.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance and support in financial analysis, due diligence, and strategic assessment.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement M&A strategies that support our long-term vision.
  • Post-Merger Integration: Assist in the development of integration plans to ensure seamless transitions and maximize value from acquired entities.

The M&A and Business Development Director should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in M&A, business development, or investment banking, within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deal processes and negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
