M&A Lawyer - Hydrogen Group : Job Details

My client, a V15 law firm is seeking an associate with 3 to 6 years of corporate experience for their New York office. This position requires substantial experience within the following areas: mergers and acquisitions (private and preferably also public transactions, including those involving private equity buyers), financings (including venture capital and other private and public financings) and sports experience is not necessary but would be highly beneficial. Anyone interested in sports - this is an extremely rare opportunity to join a global firm and work alongside some of the best sports and M&A partners in the industry.

Requirements

• Juris doctor from an accredited law school
• Experience working in a peer firm
• Licensed to practice in the state they're looking to be located in
