JOB DESCRIPTIONReceptionist 1. Statement of the Job
- Every full or part-time associate is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his or her shift, within company policy, in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the company.
2. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Efficient, accurate and detail oriented
- Assist with email/ticket management
- Associate and customer support
- Answer phone, take messages and route to applicable Associate.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information
- Assist in organization of meetings
- Organize and prioritize information
- Type and design general correspondences
- File Management
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- General cleaning, stocking, and organization around the office.
- Shopping for and maintaining office supplies
- Any other opportunities that arise from day to day
- Perform accounts payable tasks
3. Qualifications
- Language Skills -Must be able to effectively communicate information to management and others
- Excellent Written/Verbal Communication Skills - Ability to write business correspondence
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Mathematical Skills - Must have the ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as structural analysis of building systems
- Computer Competency - Must have the ability and base knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, also the willingness to learn other office programs
- Reasoning Ability - Must have ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of practical problems
- Physical Demands - While performing duties, must be able to sit, stand, talk, hear, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must frequently lift and or move up to ten pounds. Must possess and maintain a current valid driver's license
- Specific visual requirements for this job - close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to focus.
- Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
