MAC-CONCIERGE - Sparrow Health System : Job Details

Concierge is the lead on the Concierge Desk at the MAC. Their main purpose is to sign members and guests up for programming for all programs the MAC offers. Essential Duties: This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position. Greeting each Members and Guests Accept ownership and responsibility Maintain knowledge on current club programs Scheduling/reserving courts Sign-up for program registration Problem solving POS Transactions Answering phones, paging, and placing calls to VM Great Customer service for both members and guests. In depth knowledge of Club Automation software at the MAC Handles POS daily Assists with POS and Concierge desk training to Caregivers.
