Day-to-day:

Insight Global is seeking a System Administrator for one of our clients in the education management industry. Our client is a growing leader in the education space, operating schools and educational programs around the world that span the life cycle of a student from early learning to higher education. You will be joining a team of about seven system engineers and administrators and will be supporting upwards of 70,000+ end users. This role will be hybrid remote, requiring at least two (2) days on site per week in Parma, OH or Columbus, OH.

As a System Administrator you will be responsible for account creation, termination, management of user access and support for Apple products in a windows environment, along with some support for Google, Microsoft, and other enterprise/education environments and systems. This role will work alongside a team of engineers to support all of the schools, teachers, students, and staff at Pansophic Learning. We are looking for someone who has extensive experience supporting Apple products (Macs, iPhone, iPad, etc.) in a Windows environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Apple Intune, Apple Azure AD and Apple DEP.

Addition responsibilities will include:

  • Support large environments with a focus on automation and software patching while assessing the stability, security and scalability of our Windows and Google platforms.
  • Support of a mixture of Microsoft, Google, and other third-party solutions including but not limited to Intune, Autopilot, MFA, DLP, Defender, ATP, Chromebook console
  • Deliver outstanding human centric customer service through all support and operational efforts.
  • Work across various third-party solution providers, understand business needs and measure success.
  • Support required logging, alerting, monitoring tools to ensure there is insight to platform uptime and performance.

Compensation:

$60,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
