Responsible for the operation of paramount printing and packaging machines to produce high-quality products according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

* Sets up and operates machine as required

* Verifies that equipment is ready for operation and that necessary supplies are available

* May perform general equipment maintenance procedures

* Troubleshoots job/machine problems or failures, as needed

* Routinely loads feeders

* Fills out required paperwork including quality documents; initial inspection, in-process, and final inspection sheet.

* Identifies material with poor quality and seeks assistance if needed to correct

* Watches product to ensure mag strips are applied in the exact location required, stopping machine and adjusting as needed

* Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous machine operating experience; one year

* High mechanical aptitude

* Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time

* Lift, move, push or pull up to 50lbs

Meet physical requirements:

* Stand for long periods of time.

* All jobs require the ability to lift, move, push or pull up to 50lbs

* Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination

* Good vision with the ability to distinguish color

Preferred Skills: Printing or graphics experience Manufacturing experience with mechanical ability
