**Job Title: Machine Builder Pay:$25-35/hr****Job Description**Aerotek is seeking a skilled Machine Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, testing, and modifying machinery according to specifications and engineering drawings. You will work closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.**Hard Skills**+ Assemble machinery and equipment from blueprints and technical specifications+ Tool making experience+ Mill & Lathe experience+ Perform mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly tasks+ Conduct tests and inspections to ensure proper functionality and safety+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues and equipment malfunctions+ Collaborate with engineering teams to provide feedback on design improvements+ Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records**Soft Skills**+ Attention to detail+ Problem-solving+ Team collaboration+ Effective communication**Job Type**This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).**Work Site**This is a fully on-site position in Spencerport, New York.**Work Environment**Maris System Design has been in the manufacturing industry for over 30 years and is a principal/original manufacturer for turnkey automation and test systems specifically for Automation and Medical, as well as life sciences, aerospace and defense, energy, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. They support client installations and services on an international scale.
