Salary Range: $150,000-$250,000 base plus 0.05-0.15% equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Advisory and Implementation:
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for customers exploring LLM and finetuning projects.
  • Conduct proofs of concept and provide guidance on integration, deployment, and best practices.
  • Customized Solutions:
  • Collaborate with account executives to understand customer needs and configure solutions.
  • Create tailored pilots, prototypes, and evaluation tools to demonstrate platform value.
  • Technical Guidance and Support:
  • Advise customers on architecture and setup for seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
  • Propose solutions to overcome technical challenges.
  • Onboarding and Adoption:
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure successful implementation and post-launch support.
  • Maintain an ongoing technical advisory role throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaboration and Travel:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with customer objectives.
  • Occasionally visit customer sites for workshops, support, and relationship-building.
