Machine Operator, 1st Shift - Masonite International Corporation : Job Details

The primary purpose of this position is to safely prime quality material for end work or shipment and minimize downtime for optimum production. What you will do: Demonstrate the ability to create and maintain a positive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude and reporting all personnel issues in cell to the cell lead or supervisor. Demonstrate the ability to properly follow posted Standard Work instructions and all written Standard Operating Procedures. Demonstrate the proper lockout/tag out procedures on equipment. Demonstrate the ability to read and understand a production run schedule for the Paint lines. Must understand the required Mil specifications for the material being ran and perform all required Quality checks and properly document all checks on required check sheets per the Standard Work document #QMS-EN 03-RA. Must understand the required board temperature and be able to adjust feed speeds to obtain proper temperatures.
