Steel service center located in Stow, OH looking for mechanically-inclined and hardworkingindividuals to join their growing organization. This company is currently looking for bring fill theposition of a 2nd shift Machine Operator.Ordinary Day as a Machine Operator:? Delivering and loading material to machines? Start up and troubleshoot issues/performing routine maintenance as required? Perform Quality/SPC checks? Communicate with Engineering and Tool Prep Personnel to improve current andfuture tooling orders? Maintain department records as requiredSkills to be Successful as a Machine Operator:? Skilled with precision measurement instruments such as: calipers, micrometers,tape measures, etc.? Mechanical aptitude? Basic machine operator experience? Forklift/Tow motor/Overhead crane experience preferred? Material handling experience preferred? Must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentPay: $18-20/hr (weekly pay!)Job type: Full time, temp-to-hireShift:? 2nd shift: 3: 30 PM - 1: 00 AM? Monday-Friday? Overtime when busy
