Machine Operator Assistant - Westrock Company : Job Details

Include, but are not limited to: - Operating manufacturing equipment/powered equipment and tools - Working safely and complying with all safety regulations, processes and procedures. - Following specific directions - Other duties as assigned Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work any shift or schedule in a 2-shift operation, as well as overtime as required both daily and/or weekly. - Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math and computer skills. - Ability to lift 50 pounds ( /-) consistently, as well as pushing, pulling, manipulating knobs and buttons, crouching, bending, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive motions. - Must have reliable transportation - Prior manufacturing experience strongly preferred Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
